Simply the best apartment and host on Zakynthos
Best apartments in a wonderful location. The apartments have everything for a comfortable stay. They are modern and well-maintained. The apartment owner, Evan, is a wonderful person, ready to answer any question. He suggested the best places to visit, restaurants, shops, etc. When he found out it was my birthday, he unexpectedly came to congratulate me with balloons and a cake, and it was a very pleasant surprise! Evan, thank you so much for an unforgettable vacation in Zakynthos!

Paradise vacation
We were completely delighted with our stay in these apartments! The location is simply perfect - right by the sea, with wonderful views and an atmosphere of true relaxation. The location is very convenient, everything you need is nearby, but at the same time it is quiet and cozy. The apartments turned out to be extremely clean, tidy and well-groomed - it is clear that the owner takes care of every detail. It was really comfortable to live here, as if at home. I would like to separately mention the owner - a wonderful person who was always ready to help, advise and support. This made the vacation even more pleasant and peaceful. We recommend it to everyone who wants a quality vacation by the sea. We will definitely come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ayïa suites. The accommodation is modern, clean and practical. You have everything you could possibly need: a coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, grill, drying rack, sun umbrella, pool noodles - basically everything. The beach is just across the terrace; you simply cross the garden and the road. There are also sunbeds and outdoor shower. The beach itsefl is sandy, clean and the sea is calm. If you decide to rent a car, which I highly recommend, the private parking right by the apartment is a huge bonus. Our host Evan was wonderful - friendly and helpful. He welcomed us personally with a bottle of wine and some snacks, explained everything, showed us around and gave us plenty of tips on nice viewpoints, beaches, tavernas and boat trips. Be sure to follow his recommendations, you won't regret it. He also allowed us an earlier check-in. I personally appreciate that he sorts the waste and make it possible for quests to do the same. If we ever return to Zakynthos, we'll definitely stay at Ayïa suites again. Thanks for everything, Bara, Lukas, Lucy and David from Czech Republic.

Amazing place and great accommodation just steps away from the beautiful Alykanas Beach! We were thrilled with the Thalassa Suite – new and sparkling clean, without a single flaw. Modern architecture, breathtaking sea views and a beautifully maintained garden with an outdoor shower created the perfect environment for relaxation. The accommodation was fully equipped - nothing was missing, from kitchen utensils to beach equipment (umbrella, etc.), which made our stay very pleasant. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sea was really just a few steps from the apartment. Evan was an extremely helpful and accommodating host - he recommended excellent restaurants and interesting trips around the area. Thank you for everything! If we ever return to Zakynthos, we will only stay at Ayïa Suites again.

The host, Evan, is very friendly and helpful, he provided us with many tips for the island. And responded messages very fast. - The suite just 30s walk to the beach, and the sunset is soooo stunning. - Everything is new and clean. A perfect holiday accommodation by the beach!
Above our expectations!!! Perfect location, a very helpful, kind and generous host, Evan. Beautiful garden and interior design, it’s obvious the house was created with lot of thoughtful reflections and quality requirements. Well equipped kitchen and more facilities than you could ever ask for. I almost never recommend anything but this is an exception.

Awesome stay
Amazing property, very new, modern, stylish, very close to the beach. The property was stocked with everything we needed. It has very comfortable beds, great air conditioning and has lots of storage. The host is very welcoming, easy to reach and available for any questions about the property and about the island. He had awesome recommendations about where the best places on the Island were to eat and snorkel, best beaches and where to hire boat rides etc. We would stay there any time again.

BOOK THIS PLACE!! BEST stay of our two week trip
This place is stunning! Even has made an amazing fresh, modern, and beautiful place for you to enjoy the beach from your massive patio. People literally stopped us to ask about staying here. Really, really nice place. The host is a very nice and helpful guy that responds immediately and welcomed us with treats and a bottle of wine. The location was amazing too. Lots of places you can walk to and my favorite beach we saw from our stay on the island. Took a boat tour, and they picked us up right at the dock out front. There’s sea turtles in our little bay too! You can check them out every morning.

Beautiful, comfy and homely apartment in a stunning location.
“Liked · We found this property almost by accident - it turned out to be pure gold, fronting on to a beautiful sandy beach. The property was also a few minutes from bars, restaurants the local pier where we managed to get a boat trip from. It’s very close to the town of Alikanas (less than 5 mins by car. About 15 mins walk).”

“It was exceptional!
